Clint Rhea is currently Chief Operating Officer at Need to Know News. Prior to
NTKN, Mr. Rhea helped manage day to day operations at Great Point Capital, LLC,
an equities trading firm. Clint Rhea trained all incoming traders on the firm
strategy and software, managed the RISK department and actively supervised 300+
traders. While at GTPC Clint Rhea helped open an office in India developed a
training program while training any new traders as well as management. In total,
he has trained over 400 traders while helping to manage day to day operations.
Three years ago Clint Rhea moved to Need to Know News, LLC which was originally
a supplier of “Scream” financial audio. During his tenure, he has helped create
and shape Lightning Bolt, a financial leading product for Computer Readable
Economic releases in Europe and North America as well as Essential, a cost
effective solution to financial text news. Thom Hartle's Biography from "CQG"
Thom Hartle’s thirty years in the markets began at Merrill
Lynch as a Margin Clerk and then a Commodity Account Executive. At Merrill,
Hartle worked with speculators and hedgers in futures markets, primarily
agricultural, precious metals, and forest products. Then he moved to Drexel
Burnham Lambert and was appointed Vice President of Financial Futures. In that
role, Thom Hartle worked with banks hedging their asset/liability exposure using
financial futures. Hartle left the sell side of Wall Street and became a trader
for the Federal Home Loan Bank of Seattle, which at that time was a seven
billion dollar institution. The Bank was active in the fed funds markets,
treasuries, mortgage-backed securities and their derivatives, financial futures,
money markets, and agency paper. Hartle followed that with nine years as Editor
of Technical Analysis of Stocks & Commodities magazine. As a magazine editor and
writer, he interviewed and worked with hundreds of well-known traders, money
managers, and analysts. Following his leave of S&C magazine, Hartle worked with
private traders, wrote as Contributing Editor for Active Trader Magazine, and
