We Primarily Use FedEx & UPS Delivery Service For All Shipping

Some products & services will not be shipped until TradersCoach.com® receives a completed "Risk Acknowledgment Agreement" (RAA). This "Risk Acknowledgment Agreement" (RAA) is located on this website and may be submitted online, or printed and then be faxed or mailed to us. All sales are final and no refunds are allowed.

Ordering Outside The United States

International Deliveries

We want all our overseas clients to know how much we value our relationship with them. We have many valued overseas clients. For products that require international shipping, the customer is responsible to pay all custom's fees, charges, and taxes on overseas orders. If available, your country's "Custom Fee" is added to your order price at time of checkout and listed as the "Tax" amount in our shopping cart.

Overseas clients maybe interested in the "Online" eBook edition of the ART® Home-Study Course since most everything is online there is nothing to ship except the DVD course videos.

ART® Trading Software Download

All software is downloadable from the TradersCoach.com website in secure password protected areas. No software is shipped unless you ordered a "Back-Up" CD-ROM Disk.

Once your order and payment have been received, you will receive an email from us with your passwords and a direct link to access the software download secure area.

It takes normally about 30 minutes for you to receive your passwords from us via email during normal business hours. However, orders received after business hours will be processed the next day.
