2) REMOTE ACCESS TECH SUPPORT - BY APPOINTMENT ONLY:

Before we can assist you with the ART® Software, you need to have either purchased the ART® Software prior to 2011
or be a "Total Platinum Software Care" subscriber. You will also need your charting platform up and running and
receiving the data you need. If you are having trouble with getting your charting platform set-up, please contact
your charting platform provider for assistance.

If you are currently on an active ART® Software trial, then we will provide ART® Software Remote Technical Support if you need it. Email us requesting remote technical support using the email link below.

HOW TO REQUEST REMOTE TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
If you have your charting platform set-up and running and you need help installing the ART® Software, Send an email to
info@traderscoach.com to request a technical support session. Please provide three separate times you are
available so that our technician can schedule your appointment. A reply via email will be sent to you confirming your
appointment day and time.
